In addition to ongoing operational issues and COVID impacts representation was particularly focussed on the mid-program review of DES by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), changes to education outcomes and performance management. This included participating in international webinars.<\/p>\n<p>NESA CEO provided a brief video on Australia\u2019s employment services response to the COVID-19 pandemic for the OECD Local Development Forum webinar on <em>the Future of Local Employment Services<\/em> which was held in conjunction with the World Association of Public Employment Services (WAPES<strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NESA provided a briefing on NESA\u2019s governance arrangements to Pole Emploi (French Public Employment Services) who are keen to host a study visit for NESA once international travel resumes.<\/p>\n<p>NESA also engaged with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (The USA State Workforce Agencies), providing information about NESA\u2019s comprehensive professional development programs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row_content&#8221;
